O - How did you get involved in the art of dance?
I - I've been dancing since I was born, parents were both professional Indian dancers in India and competed throughout University, parents sent me to India to study dance when I was 6 for 2 years, classical Indian dance called Bharat Natyam and Khatak, came back to Canada and kept dancing, everything form Bollywood style dance, my Punjabi roots Bhangra style, my western influence Hip hop to belly dance, in which I teach my own classes now.
O - How long have you been working in the industry as a dancer?
I - As a professional dancer, performer and choreographer, I have been doing since I was 15 years old.
O - What have been some of the greatest challenges you have had to overcome?
I - Greatest challenge has been to not let my passion for dance get diminished by the corporate world, people will bring you down in this industry and try to walk all over you, you ha veto be strong enough and passionate about your art to survive.

O - A lot of misconceptions often come with those who dance in such a beautiful and sexy art form. Have any nightmare stories to share?
I - Sexy is supposed to be beautiful, but in this world sexy is all sex to most people, as long as you know the boundaries of your sexiness and your comfort level with it, go for it!!But be prepared for the misconceptions, even with our risque name Kama Ent inspired from the book of courtship, the Kamasutra, we had to prepared for such misconceptions, so far so good, but we expect those people that are gonna think hmmmm, Kama, Kamasutra the book of sex, I wanna see them!!!
O - Do you have had boyfriends that get jealous at all with all the attention you get?
I - For the longest time I did not have a 'boyfriend' per say to get jealous, but I have most recently met the love of my life, who is a real man and a real man isn't afraid of a successful women, because in my culture behind every great man is an even greater women!
