If it was not for mauli dave, chances of me watching Amul Star Voice of India were definitely greater than saregamapa on zee & surely brighter chances of capping priyani wani from Indore. Unfortunately the timings clashed , and i was hooked onto mauli dave. Sadly she didnt win the contest, nor reach the finals too , blame it on the female audience who voted in bulk for all the male contestants , a story that has been repeated here in star voice of india as well. The one thing that struck me about priyani that besides being a fantastic singer , she probably had the sweetest heartwarming smile i had ever seen. Its a pity that priyani got voted out of the contest, overall Amul Star Voice of India has much better singers than we saw on saregamapa , there are no halftalents from across the border here thats for sure. It will be criminal if this talented singer doesnt get a bigger platform to showcase her talent.
