Aditi Govitrikar, who just recently delivered her second child, has the last say. “I think one should be careful about one’s weight right from day one - during and after the pregnancy period. A good diet, regular workouts and maybe, yoga will help anybody get back in shape. One thing’s for sure - you can’t just let go,” she sums it up.
