Sanjay always seems to be somewhat of a impulsive guy who surely doesnt have his head on his shoulders, someone who never quite grew up of his adolescence. There isnt much to be debated on his sentence , it was carried out very much in accordance to the law. Sanjay's crime was grave & not really the first time, his links with the underworld too were discovered. But cant help feel bad for him, reminds me of his movie naam ,where he is desperate to get out of the underworld & his boss paresh rawal tells him this is a ony way road & there is no turning back. Sanjay is fully accountable for the mess he is in right now. Nargisji during her last days had famously recorded a line for sanjay on tape urging him to improve as a person & discard all ill habbits, hopefully if he had listened to her then , he wouldnt have been in such a mess.
